Refund Policy

**For Purchases or Pickup & Drop:**

If you don't receive the products you ordered on time or receive the wrong products, you're eligible for a full refund credited immediately to your Uzone's wallet. If you prefer a refund to your own payment mode, it will be credited within 24 hrs (on working days- Mon to Fri). Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange because you did not receive the actual product, we offer free exchanges.

 

**Pickup & Drop:**
If you request an instant cancellation after placing an order on Uzone's app, the refund will be promptly credited to your Uzone's wallet. If you prefer a refund to your own payment mode, it will be processed within 24 hrs (on working days- Mon to Fri) after deducting 2.5% as a payment gateway charge.

 

*Please note:*
1. No refunds once our rider reaches your location or after 10 minutes from our rider accepting your order.
2. We will notify you via official WhatsApp or call if there are delays. If you are waiting for us and do not inform us of cancellations, it is your responsibility.

**For Purchased Items:**
1) 100% refund upon returning the product in its original condition, or exchange for incorrect deliveries.
2) No refunds once the order has been processed.
