Uzone's App Return, Exchange, and Quality Assurance Policy

1. Item Quality Assurance:

If you encounter any issues with the quality of an item, we guarantee a 100% exchange or full refund upon returning the item. Please note that delivery charges will apply in such cases. To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our support team through the app within 24 hours of receiving the item.

"For food items, please inform us within 2 hours of receiving your order if there are any quality concerns, as perishable items may deteriorate quickly."

 

 

2. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are non-refundable because we offer the facility to check the item in front of our rider/team, except in cases of cancellation by us or the seller. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will fully refund the delivery charges as well. However, please ensure that you check the item in front of the rider/team and inform us of any issues during the inspection.

 

 

3. Refund/Exchange Process:

To request an exchange or refund, please contact our support team through the app or via customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item. Ensure that you have your order number and details of the issue ready for a quicker resolution.

 

 

4. Customer Education & Proactive Support:

We recommend that you inspect the item while the rider/executive is present to avoid any disputes. If there are concerns with the quality or condition of the item, please inform us right away. This helps us to resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.

 

 

5. Loyalty Rewards for Smooth Processing:

If your return/exchange process goes smoothly, you may receive a small reward as a thank you for following the steps correctly! Keep an eye out for this incentive with your future orders.

 

 

 

**Policy for Pickup & Drop:**

If you request an instant cancellation after placing an order on Uzone's app, the refund will be promptly credited to your Uzone's wallet. If you prefer a refund to your own payment mode, it will be processed within 24 hrs (on working days- Mon to Fri) after deducting % as a payment gateway charge.

1. No refunds once our rider reaches your location or after 5 minutes from our rider accepting your order.
2. We will notify you via official WhatsApp or call if there are delays. If you are waiting for us and do not inform us of cancellations, it is your responsibility.
