1. Safe Delivery Guarantee
Uzone aapke parcel ki safety, delivery, aur return ki poori zimmedari leta hai.
Agar parcel galat jagah chala jaaye, damage ho, ya kho jaaye – full refund ya replacement diya jaayega.
Agar delivery fail ho (customer unavailable), parcel safe return hoga – no extra charge.

2. Payment Rules
Rider ko kabhi bhi cash ya UPI payment na dein.
Payment sirf Uzone Wallet ya official UPI link ke through hoga.
Advance payment wale orders ke liye, aapko WhatsApp par inform kiya jaayega.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund
Cancel hone par refund wallet ya original method par jaata hai.
Agar rider dispatch ho chuka ho, aur fir cancel kiya jaaye – travel/time charge lag sakta hai.

4. Pickup Rules
Fragile (cake, glass, electronics) ya high-value items ke liye pickup pe checking mandatory hai.
Parcel pickup ke baad, Uzone uski poori responsibility leta hai.

5. Personal or Private Items
Aise items pehle se declare karein, properly seal-pack karein, aur label karein “Personal Item”.
Rider ya receiver parcel ko open nahi kareinge.

6. Sender’s Responsibility
Rider details verify karne ke baad hi parcel handover karein.
Bina verification parcel dena sender ki responsibility hai.

7. Receiver’s Responsibility
Receiver ko parcel aur uski handling ke rules pehle se batayein.
Fragile, cake ya high-value items delivery ke waqt rider ke saamne check karein.
Koi dikkat ho toh turant delivery ke time pe WhatsApp (9163165843) par inform karein.

8. Insurance (Optional)
₹30 – ₹2,000 tak (Full refund)
₹50 – ₹2k–₹5k (Full refund)
₹100 – ₹5k+ (Priority claim)
Without insurance: basic free cover ₹100–₹1,000 only
